Welcome to CardExpo East Africa 2009:

Building on the success of CardExpo East Africa 2008 International Conference and Exhibition held in Nairobi - Kenya, the 4th edition is aimed at harnessing and optimizing the benefits of a credit and debit card operation even in a global recession it will also provide a unique platform for speakers and delegates to discuss pertinent issues relating to banking, being less manual and more of electronic in the nearest future. With this in view, the theme for the CardExpo East Africa 2009 conference and exhibition is "ACHIEVING A SUSTAINABLE CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD OPERATION IN A GLOBAL CREDIT CRUNCH".

The event will focus on ways in which epayment in Kenya and other east African countries will experience a jump in the way financial services are delivered. The conference will also look at key players in the market who will analyse ways to move the industry forward thereby maximizing cards and epayment operations to the benefit of all.

Card Expo East Africa 2009 will pull together experts in the card and epayment industry from Africa and overseas to discuss and debate the key issues in the East African region in comparism with development in other parts of the world.
